the old biscuit mill
the concept behind the old biscuit mill was to have creative types selling their wares whilst customers are able to view them in their creative process. it's a great success and you've got to love developers who can go with a vision like that. the neighbourgoods market flung it into the limelight and the mill has been swarming with the post new wave art house in house out house crowd ever since.
