keep the ballet alive


cape town city ballet are in financial trouble and they need your help to proceed. they are appealing to the public for generous contributions to their emergency fund, for the immediate survival of cape town city ballet. if you make a donation you could also win one of 3 fantastic prizes;

I wanted to be a professional dancer...I'm gonna donate some money as soon as someone pays me.
P.S That's my friend Laura in that pic, she's an excellent dancer, perfect technique.

Ah yes, I keep forgetting we danced with the same teacher! We should start an adult ballet class lula! I can't believe you know this girl in the picture - I have never seen such poise! Thank you for wanting to make a donation xx

I don't know if you've ever seen the movie The White Countess, but in it there's this restuarant/ bar that has live performances from all types of artists, including ballerinas. I thought that it would be a great idea if restuarants, hotels etc. employed balerinas to "keep the ballet alive".
