it's meat-free monday today, an initiative started by avid vegetarian paul mccartney, so i thought we'd eat cupcakes instead of meat :) i'm always inspired by bakerella, one of my top baking reference websites. my favourite cupcake joints in cape town include charly's bakery, queen of tarts, nook eatery and lazari. where are yours? images from we heart it.
